I am Sandra Henriques Costa and I was born in Tomar and worked and lived there, Santarém and Lisbon. I’m proud of the history and heritage of Tomar region and I love to help people to understand its history. I was a journalist, Communication consultant for several public and private institutions, and Head of Communication for a UNESCO World Heritage site. I graduate in Communication and I’m a guide for six years.

I love Tomar, Portugal, History, Art, Architecture, the Jewish History, the Knights Templar and the Order of Christ. My aim is to share the history, culture and people ways of living and feeling this special region in the heart of Portugal with you.

And I also absolutely love walking in the middle of ancient forests!
