We receive groups, minimum of two persons, for guided tours of the Estate in Portuguese or English languages from Monday to Saturday (under availability).

Our guided tour includes:

  > Strolling through the beautiful vineyards (depending on weather conditions) with explanation of the grapevine vegetative cycle; the different varieties of vines cultivated and what is, after all, the "terroir";

  > Winery visit where we explain the various stages of the winemaking process from the reception of the grapes to alcoholic fermentation, oak barrels ageing and bottling of the wine;

  > Sensorial wine tasting of 5 wines in a friendly and interactive environment (white, rose and red "Herdade dos Templários"; the multiple awarded red reserve "Convento de Tomar" and finally our purple-pink muscat wine "Sellium")

  > Tasting of regional delicacies introducing wine and food-pairing concept (matured cheese, tradicional smoked sausages and artisan bread).
